- Vision Pitch Workshop: Members prepare a 3-minute pitch of their bold vision and present it in a live event with structured feedback from peers and a facilitator. This refines clarity and persuasion skills while generating concrete action steps and collaborative connections to advance each vision.
- Purpose Mapping Course Module: A guided video course module walks members through exercises to map values, impact goals, and measurable milestones, followed by a moderated chat session to compare maps and co-create accountability pairs. The combined learning and discussion accelerates focus and practical planning.
- Impact Sprint Challenge: Small teams commit to a one-week sprint solving a specific community-aligned problem, using daily check-ins via chat and a closing demo event to showcase results and lessons. This builds rapid execution capability, teamwork, and tangible outcomes aligned with the community's purpose.
